Agustin Hermosillo Torres Obituary, Death – An 18-year-old man lost his life in a single-vehicle crash in Grays Harbor County on Wednesday night, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP). The victim, identified as Agustin Hermosillo Torres of Amanda Park, Washington, was traveling south on U.S. Route 101 shortly after 8 p.m. The crash occurred approximately 20 miles north of Aberdeen.
Preliminary reports indicate that Hermosillo Torres lost control of his car while navigating a curve. The vehicle veered off the road to the left, ultimately striking a tree and coming to rest about 30 feet from the northbound shoulder of the highway.
Hermosillo Torres, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash. Despite this safety measure, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Washington State Patrol has launched an investigation to determine the factors that contributed to the accident.
