Alec Vahle Obituary, Death – A man lost his life following a motorcycle collision with a car after exiting Interstate 270 in northern St. Louis County on Monday evening. As reported by the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the incident occurred on Pershall Road near South New Florissant Road around 8 p.m. The deceased motorcyclist has been identified as 21-year-old Alec Vahle.
The crash report indicates that Vahle was operating his 2024 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle in the eastbound lanes of I-270. It details that he transitioned from a middle lane to the right, subsequently veering off the highway and onto Pershall Road. He collided with the side of a vehicle on the road, resulting in him being ejected from his motorcycle.
Emergency services transported him to the hospital for medical attention; however, he was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
The vehicle involved in the collision incurred moderate damage, but the driver remained unharmed.
