Bryon L. Hickmon Obituary, Death – Authorities in Berkeley County have identified the pedestrian who was fatally struck by a train in Hanahan on Thursday evening.
According to Coroner Darnell Hartwell, the victim was 53-year-old Bryon L. Hickmon. The fatal incident occurred at approximately 5:16 p.m. near the railroad tracks by Northbrook Drive and Eagle Landing Boulevard, Hanahan police reported.
Officials have yet to release specific details about how the collision occurred. Both the Hanahan Police Department and the Berkeley County Coroner’s Office have launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding Hickmon’s death.
