Charles Polk, Jr Obituary – The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting of a man who was fatally shot in an unincorporated area near the Vermont Knolls neighborhood.
Deputies responded to a call at 11:26 p.m. on Wednesday at the 1300 block of 102nd Street, where they discovered the injured man, who unfortunately passed away at the scene. The victim has been identified as Charles Polk, Jr., 32 years old, with an unknown city of residence.
