Jadin Hernandez-Delcid Obituary, Death – The Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a man at a Charleston County residence as a homicide. The victim, identified as 37-year-old Jadin Hernandez-Delcid from North Charleston, died at approximately 7:24 p.m. on Sunday due to multiple sharp-force injuries, as reported by Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal.
The incident occurred at a home on Hayne Street in the 2100 block. Deputies were dispatched to the location around 8:30 p.m. after receiving a report of a fight that led to a death. Earlier that same day, authorities had responded to the same residence about five hours prior to the fatal incident, following a report of an altercation between Hernandez-Delcid and another man living at the home. Neither individual wished to press charges at that time.
Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Lexi Douglas noted that the suspect involved in the fatal incident fled the scene, and no arrests have been made as of now.
The investigation is ongoing, and the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information about the homicide to contact them at 843-202-1700.
