James Swanson Obituary, Death – A fatal accident earlier this week on KY-351 has led to the identification of the deceased victim by the Henderson County Coroner. The crash occurred near Garden Mile Road on Monday afternoon, prompting an emergency response around 3:40 p.m.
Authorities reported that 70-year-old James Swanson was driving when he experienced a medical emergency. As a result, he lost control of his vehicle, colliding head-on with a passenger car before crashing into three parked vehicles.
When first responders arrived at the scene, Swanson was found unconscious. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but medical personnel later pronounced him dead.
Additionally, two individuals in another vehicle sustained injuries in the crash and were transported to a hospital for treatment. The extent of their injuries has not been disclosed.
Officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash to determine whether any additional factors contributed to the accident.
