Jesus Dominguez-Romo Obituary, Death – A fatal car crash in Phoenix early Sunday morning may have been caused by excessive speed, according to police.
Incident Details
Authorities reported that the crash occurred around 1:45 a.m. on February 23 near 59th Avenue and Indian School Road. The driver, identified as 20-year-old Jesus Dominguez-Romo, lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree. Tragically, he did not survive the accident.
Preliminary findings suggest that Dominguez-Romo was traveling west on Indian School Road at a high speed when he lost control, veering off the roadway and colliding with a tree on the north side of the street.

Phoenix Police Sergeant Brian Bower stated that detectives have taken over the case to gather more details about the crash. While speed is believed to have been a factor, investigators are continuing to examine the circumstances leading up to the accident.
