Jimmy Savell White, Quinton Ardwin Obituary, Death – Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to a deadly crash outside Hayworth, Oklahoma, early Sunday morning. The incident occurred at approximately 2:21 a.m. at the intersection of US-259 and Old 41 Road.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), the collision involved a red minivan traveling northbound on US-259. The driver of the minivan, identified as 35-year-old Matthew Williston, was accompanied by two passengers, 65-year-old Jimmy Savell White and 54-year-old Quinton Ardwin.
For reasons that are still under investigation, the minivan veered left of center and collided head-on with a white Chevy Silverado. The truck was driven by 21-year-old Antonio Dzieglo. Both Williston and Dzieglo were declared dead at the scene of the crash, and their bodies were transported to White’s Funeral Home.
Meanwhile, White, a passenger in the minivan, was seriously injured in the crash. He was rushed to a hospital in Texarkana for treatment. Ardwin, the other passenger in the minivan, was also injured but was treated and released from a nearby hospital.
The cause of the collision is still under investigation by Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Authorities are working to determine the factors that led to this tragic crash, including whether speed, impairment, or other conditions may have contributed. The tragic loss of two lives and the injuries sustained by others has left the community in shock as officials continue to gather details surrounding the incident.
