Jose Ochoa Obituary, Death – The driver who died in a Carthage crash after experiencing a medical emergency has been identified as 68-year-old Jose Ochoa. According to the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office, Ochoa passed away following the crash that occurred on Sunday morning at 108 W. 69th Street.
Cincinnati police responded to the scene around 7 a.m. after receiving reports of a fatal crash. Upon arriving, officers determined that Ochoa, who was driving a 2011 Volkswagen Routan, had suffered a medical emergency while behind the wheel. As a result, he lost control of the vehicle and struck two parked cars.
Ochoa was immediately transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he later died from the injuries sustained in the crash.
