Kindra Owens Obituary, Death – A 22-year-old female has lost her life following a collision with a fire hydrant and a tree, as reported by state troopers. According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the incident took place at approximately 4:32 a.m. on Tuesday, August 6, on County Road 98 in Tuscarawas County.
Troopers indicated that the woman, who was traveling northbound, veered off the right side of the roadway before colliding with the fire hydrant and the tree. The deceased has been identified as Kindra Owens from Canton, and troopers confirmed that she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
There is no indication that alcohol or drugs played a role in the accident, and it was noted that a safety belt was not being utilized at the time of the incident.
