Kristen Stewich Obituary, Death, News – A 55-year-old woman from Grafton, identified as Kristen Stewich, died after being struck by a pickup truck on Worcester Street on Friday, February 14, authorities confirmed.
The Worcester District Attorney’s Office reported that Grafton Police responded to the crash around 5:45 p.m. Emergency crews transported Stewich to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, where she succumbed to her injuries shortly after arriving.
Law enforcement officials, including Grafton Police and the Central Massachusetts Law Enforcement Council (CEMLEC), are actively investigating the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
Just days later, on Monday, February 17, another pedestrian was involved in an accident on Worcester Street near Forrest Street around 1 p.m. Authorities are also investigating this second incident, but no further details have been released.
