Mark A. Battaglia Obituary – Monroe County sheriff’s deputies have confirmed the identity of the individual who lost his life in a single-vehicle accident on Interstate 490 in Chili on Wednesday night.
The deceased, Mark A. Battaglia, aged 35 and a resident of Stafford in Genesee County, tragically crashed in the eastbound lanes of the highway close to Paul Road at approximately 9:40 p.m., as stated by sheriff’s spokeswoman Amy Young. He was declared deceased at the location.
“Our condolences go out to the family and friends of Mr. Battaglia during this challenging period,” expressed Young.
The deputies are currently conducting an ongoing investigation into the circumstances surrounding the accident.
