Pamela Wiggins, Ziare Mack Obituary, Death – Pamela Wiggins, Ziare Mack Obituary, Death – Authorities reported that nine individuals, comprising one adult and a five-year-old child from Bridgeport, lost their lives when a vehicle plunged into a canal in Florida on Monday evening.
According to officials from Palm Beach County Fire Rescue, emergency crews arrived at the location around 7:30 p.m. after a 2023 Ford Explorer veered off the road while navigating a curve and entered a canal near Belle Glade in Palm Beach County, Florida.
The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that two of the deceased passengers were identified as five-year-old Kamdien Edwards and 21-year-old Anyia Monique Lee Tucker, both from Bridgeport.
The driver, identified as 56-year-old Pamela Wiggins, also perished in the incident; she was set to celebrate her 57th birthday the following day, as noted in the police report. No details regarding her place of origin have been disclosed.
Additionally, three-year-old Ziare Mack from Chesapeake, Virginia, was among those who died, according to officials.
Information regarding the origins of the other deceased passengers has not been made public.
The sheriff’s office has identified the remaining victims as one-year-old Naleia Tucker, five-year-old Yasire Smith, eight-year-old Imani Andrea Ajani Hall, fourteen-year-old Michael Anthony Hall Jr., and thirty-year-old Leiana Alyse Hall.
One passenger sustained serious injuries.
