Patricia Everetts Obituary, Death – The Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office announced on Friday that the individual who lost her life in a three-vehicle collision earlier this week in Pittsburgh’s North Hills was identified as 76-year-old Patricia Everetts from Butler. The incident transpired when a driver traveling southbound on Route 8, also referred to as William Flynn Highway, halted to make a left turn onto Applewood Drive at approximately 5:15 p.m. on Thursday, as reported by Northern Regional Police Chief John Sicilia to TribLive news partner WTAE.
A second driver then collided with the rear of the first vehicle, propelling it into oncoming traffic. Subsequently, the first vehicle struck Everetts’ car head-on, according to Sicilia. The medical examiner’s office confirmed that Everetts was pronounced dead at 6:42 p.m. The specific cause and manner of her death have not been disclosed.
Additionally, two individuals were transported to the hospital following the incident, as reported by TribLive news partner WTAE. Northern Regional police were not immediately available on Friday to provide updates regarding the condition of the second victim.
