Patricia King-Facchini Obituary, Death – A woman who died after being struck by a vehicle in North Charleston earlier this month has been identified by the Charleston County Coroner’s Office.
Patricia King-Facchini, 56, succumbed to her injuries at 5:55 a.m. on March 2 at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), according to Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal. Authorities reported that the incident occurred the previous evening, around 8:32 p.m., in the 6200 block of Dorchester Road.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported King-Facchini to the hospital, where she later passed away. The North Charleston Police Department has taken charge of the investigation to determine the circumstances that led to the fatal collision.
