Ricardo Radney Obituary, Death – A 28-year-old man from Florida has been confirmed as the individual who lost his life in a tragic accident that occurred last week on Interstate 95 in Dillon County. Ricardo Radney was the victim of the incident, which took place in the northbound lanes of I-95 near mile-marker 191, according to Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley.
The process of identifying Radney and informing his relatives was prolonged due to the absence of any identification on his person at the time of the accident.
The collision transpired around 10:30 a.m. when Radney’s Toyota sedan veered off the right side of the roadway and collided with a tree, as reported by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
