This information was released by Montgomery County police on Tuesday.
Police reported that Tumoe was declared deceased at the scene of the incident. Officers responded to a call regarding a single-vehicle accident on Shady Grove Road, just north of its intersection with Briardale Road, at approximately 9:53 p.m.
Investigators have established that Tumoe was operating a gray 1999 Acura TL in a northbound direction on Shady Grove Road when, for reasons that are still being examined, she lost control of the vehicle. The car subsequently veered off the road, struck a curb, overturned, and collided with a tree located in the center median.

On social media, Piringer noted that the accident led to a lengthy extrication process and resulted in the blockage of several lanes on the roadway.
