Incident Details
The shooting took place on Saturday evening around 7 p.m. in the Westgate Mall parking lot. According to District Attorney Tim Cruz, the altercation began across the street at the Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park and later escalated into gunfire in the mall’s parking area.
Witnesses reported that the two victims were shot in different locations—one near a Chipotle restaurant, and the other in front of a Starbucks.

The victims were identified as 15-year-old Tymari Albertson and 18-year-old Cevannah Alvarez. Albertson was a student at Champion High School.
Suspect Information
Investigators have named 22-year-old Davinci Leonard as the suspect in the shooting. Authorities warn that Leonard should be considered armed and dangerous.
