Yong O. Frank Obituary, Death – A tragic car accident in Crawford County on August 5 resulted in the death of one woman. The Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) indicated that a 2023 Hyundai Tucson was heading westbound on I-44, in the vicinity of Cuba. At approximately 3 p.m., Yong O. Frank, 81, from St. Louis, veered off the right side of the roadway, colliding with a traffic sign and a concrete culvert.
She was subsequently transported to Missouri Baptist Hospital by North Crawford County EMS, where Dr. Richard Schmidt declared her deceased at 4:49 p.m. According to MSHP, she was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.
