Zackery Tyler Crelly Obituary, Death – Officials have identified the victim of a fatal crash that occurred in Lincoln County on Thursday. The deceased has been confirmed as 21-year-old Zackery Tyler Crelly of Viborg.
Crash Details
According to preliminary reports, Crelly was traveling eastbound on U.S. Highway 18 when his vehicle drifted into the westbound lane. As a result, he collided with an oncoming semi that was transporting farm equipment.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene and transported Crelly to a hospital in Sioux Falls. Despite medical efforts, he succumbed to his injuries on the evening of March 22.
Semi-Truck Occupants Uninjured
The semi was being operated by a 57-year-old driver with a 75-year-old passenger. Fortunately, both individuals were unharmed in the crash. Authorities confirmed that they were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision.
